What is GDPR?
GDPR stands for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which replaced the Data Protection Act on 25th May 2018.
Every organisation that accesses and processes personal data must be compliant with GDPR law. It is a legal responsibility of every charity to ensure that they have the right policies and procedures in place so that they are being run properly and are taking individuals’ rights seriously.
