What is Charitable Business Rate Relief?
Charities can get charitable rate relief if your property is mainly used for charitable purposes. Business Rate Relief is usually around 80%.
Your local council where your baby bank space is located may also be able to offer you a discretionary 20%, topping this up to 100%.
